I had an amazing experience at Nickel's Beauty Institute! It was my first time getting a Brazilian wax, and I was very nervous because I didn't know what to expect. Katrina, who is a student, did a fantastic job. She made me feel comfortable from the moment we started, explained each step of the process, and checked on me throughout to make sure I was okay.

What I thought would be a painful and scary experience turned into a positive one thanks to Katrina's professionalism, patience, and reassuring attitude. I couldn't have asked for a better first experience, and I'm already looking forward to my next appointment.
